As various posts have mentioned Motorhead, i had the pleasure of watching this today and thought people might be interested-
http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b0078tqv/Classic_Albums_Series_5_Motorhead_Ace_of_Spades/
Features the interviews with the classic line up of fast eddie/lemmy/taylor.
I take it you're a Motorhead fan? Which prompts me to ask, since when? and why?
I like my music on the heavier side, so Motorhead music fits in well with my tastes, just one of many Metal/Thrash/Punk bands i like. Finally got round to seeing them 18 months ago. Hearing Ace of Spades live was truly awesome.
My musical taste isn't just restricted to guitar based rock and I'm just as happy listening to Public Enemy and Johnny Cash, among others.

Art you say??? I used to drive the Art Lorry for the Tate Gallery. Used to have millions of pounds worth of art in the back of the truck. Also worked in the gallerys (Britain and Modern) hanging exhibitions. Was interesting and when in the stores, I got to see artwork that doesn't see the light of day that often.
Memorable pieces I installed-

APAT is in full swing at DTD.
So many old familiar faces, (most with people attached) came up to say hello to me.
To those that read this Diary, I would just like to say how lovely it was to see you again.
To those that don't read this Diary.... Up Yours!

On a serious note, several people, (you know who you are) were kind enough to reply or react to things posted on my diary this week, but they did it via PM.
Interaction is the life blood of a diary, and some of the replies would spark an interesting debate if they were posted on here instead.
It's difficult enough for me to complete with you-know-who's diary at the best of times. He has all the advantages.
I mean, he's blonde, he's thin.....
Nope, can't think of anything else.

....young, gifted.....
Oddly, a lot of folks PM me, too, with stuff that would be really good if aired publically, but it is really nice to get such notes.
How is the anti- diet going? 16 stone in sight yet?
Glad to hear the APAT event was going well, what a wonderful thing APAT is. Sad I had to part company with them, but I had become a passenger, I just did not have the time to devote to it. Maybe I will become involved again in due course, when my personal circumstances allow it.
Best thing I ever did in poker, APAT, am very proud of it.

Fyp.
The diet... Let me give you a for instance.
Last night I ordered a meal at DTD. As I was walking back to my seat, Sinclair called me over to where he was sitting in a quiet little alcove. "Here man" he said. "Go get a fork and try this."
He drew my attention to the largest lamb and chicken kebab I've ever seen, and it was indeed delicious.
"Please finish it for me" he begged. "I can't manage any more."
That Sinclair is a pretty intimidating bloke, so I did as I was told.
Then, (and I swear this is true) someone who I've never seen for ages came up to me and said, "I wanted to buy you a drink, but I know you would refuse, so I've paid for your dinner instead.
The dinner arrived. I was a bit full already, but I didn't want to disappoint, so I stepped up to the plate, (pun intended) and took one for the team.
Then, the dinner that I had ordered arrived....
APAT. Simply fantastic!
I've never seen so many smiling poker players. Long may it reign.

It's not Easter yet!
Think your dog brought you that toy as a warning, to show you what she is gonna do to you, next time you fall asleep. You've been warned.
