So the vlogging. I can't see it continuing tbh.
Despite the obvious demand it's just too daunting. I can't be arsed with all the palaver just to get 30 seconds of poor quality video uploaded.
Moving on....
Does everyone look like they're at death's door when they come back from a run or is it just me?

BTW, that isn't death's door behind me, that's just the Portacabin.

I'm trying to get younger. For motivation I look upon it like I'm running backwards through time. (If that fails I pretend I'm running towards a bacon sandwich)

She was hidden by the long grass.
The big dogs just plough through but when the going is heavy Kizzy either uses the rabbit runs or makes a detour and meets up with me further on.

If you are doing it properly, Tom, you at supposed to look utterly wrecked when you finish your exercise. If you don't, it's not doing you any good.

I'm not a million miles away from you Red, this huge bastard and his mates won't take the hint and keep coming back. Mrs Long heard a noise in our bedroom this morning, one of them was taking a snooze in the armpit of my suit and was none too happy that it couldn't find the way out - it was making the hanger rattle.....

Bloody Hell! Either you have a very small thumb or that's a huge wasp.
I have a sting allergy. Even a little mozzie sting makes me swell up.

Surprisingly, I'm the only one in the family who thinks the top of this tree looks like Queen Victoria.
