that wasn,t my point tighty, my point was that neither tikay or yourself replied to tell me what you just have.

imo i cant see why a blonde bash cant be self sufficient

well you'll just have to trust me..they aren't self sufficient..they cost money.

and as acknowledged i did reply to ty for your PM, which was appreciated

as there is nothing further to say yet, no further response was needed, I thought. No offence intended.

none taken but a little feed back from "the wrinkly one" would have been nice seeing as you felt the need to pass it on to him.

i would have thought venues at the moment would b bending over backwards to host a bash.
150/200 people guarenteed in there casino spending money at the bar ,restaraunt and the gaming tables all weekend.

still cant see why it cant be self sufficient tighty but as you say il trust you  Grin

Exactly the point I have tried to make all along.

Blonde Bashes are GREAT and loads of fun and nobody wants Blonde to be out of pocket or have anyone working there bollox off trying to organise it.

We would all like to help if we could both manually and finacially...just ask!!

I reply to ALL my PM's, though sometimes slowly.

I have many PM's awaiting replies from me, but none on the matter of a blonde Bash. I have no unanswered PM's from ITB on the matter, but Rich & I discuss this several times a week, & we have communicated all there is to tell on the thread.

I, & Rich, have honestly & fully kept everyone up to date with the situation. We said we were in negotiations - this remains the case. I met with several individuals last week again, the Meet lasted nearly an hour, & have exchanged quite a number of e-Mails on the matter, & Rich is involved in the discussions with the same people now.

It is currently "with them".

As soon as there is some progress, we will let everyone know.

Currently, we are working on a number of issues relative to the next Bash; finance - do-able; venue - preferences & desire by the Venue & blonde all agreed; & most difficult of all, date. It's very difficut to find a date that best fits all parties, April is just about impossible, & May is "thin".

But we are making progress.

We hope to continue with the tradition that blonde Bashes are free to all Members.

A proposal, dates included, is with the venue

As soon as I hear that they agree, you will hear

Three Meets/Chats & numerous e-Mails have taken place/been exchanged in the last 7 days, & I'm hopeful we are now almost there.

As we always stated, as soon as the Date & Venue are agreed, we will let everyone know.

Doing a bad deal quickly is no use to anyone. We think we've cut a good Deal which is cost-effective & affordable, at a Venue the blondes will find acceptable.

We were given a bunch of available dates in the last few days, these are now going back & forth, as both parties try to nail it down.

We are quite keen to select a date that will enable all of the Updaters & Staff to attend, & that's awkward. I'm sure you understand & agree with our desire to do our best ensure the Staff are able to attend.
