Lost..it took them 3 seasons to get started but it's now finally somewhat interesting.
I just don't like Heroes..completely fail to see the appeal of it and actually think it's an over-hyped show more than anything else.

I don't think it's an 'either or' question actually, I am hugely addicted to both and like them both for different reasons.

Heroes, because something happens.
That said, it's pretty weak, but I do like it.
Lost annoys me, I've spent 3 seasons watching it and nothing has happened. Nothing happened in season 3, it's just less of nothing than we are used to so we all get excited. In other series's, that much would happen in one episode. I have to watch it though.

Just when you think you have reached some sort of conclusion, some sort of resolution, they throw a curveball and open the thing right up again.
The end of the last series messed with my head for months.

fan of both, but definetly LOST, the series ending of Heroes really disappointed me... LOST still has the same appeal as when I first watched it, 72 episodes later...
