Hi all, was wondering if it would be possible for someone to fire up a 10/20 or 25/50 cents hand to go through,a hand that doesnt focus too much on the finer points ?

this way it would give us less gifted players a crack at  HOTW with a little more understanding

Thanks in advance for anything you can do.

Kev.

Are you talking about general do's and donts?

I've just started in microstakes cash games and have an interesting hand, well I thought so anyway, it's as interesting as any I've played at the crazy levels.   Will post it in a mo.

The problem is that no matter what the level, giving hard and fast rules is difficult maybe impossible. As poker is certainly layered in the way you learn it but which layers you learn it are not always the same for everyone.

I would say the best way to use blonde as a learning tool is to either post here about a general concept and im sure you will get some replies or post specific hands in the main PHA board.

Having people say some things but not others, on a particular hand doesn't seem a good road to go down imo.

Actually going back to someone posting a HOTW but it being micro stakes is different. While not being aware of why HOTW was discontinued, but getting someone actually to do HOTW on regular basis seemed to be a sticking point.
