Crazy, crazy Ludovic Lacay and Sylvester Geoghan Just officially announced that with there only being 352 players today, so PaddyPower have actually had to add around €200k to the prizepool to make the €3 milllion guarantee.

Might have had better numbers if the price was not jacked up from €3500 to €4500. EPT & PPP Irish Open have both hopefully learned that there is a limit,

Any news on the start Thew has had?
Slowly but going in the right direction so far, and he's already had Aces and Kings.

EPT & PPP Irish Open have both hopefully learned that there is a limit, I think also that Ireland tends to now have the best structured comps around these days and that you could probably find a €500/€1000 event with a better structure than this one these days. This is probably the same reason for why the EPT Dublin event wasn't as popular either.
