I've been forced to watch sky poker lately as my dad is trying to learn more about no limit hold em. The only reason I watched it before was for The Week which i thought was a shame to get rid of! (mini-whinge 1) I've been cringing at 70% of the presenters who profess to be able to advise people about how to become better poker players...a lot of their advice is complete trash!
Example...Chili was in the studio and had A5 vs 55 on a A5A flop and the presenter (i cant remember which one) was ranting about how Maria was didnt wanna see another 5 because that would be a sick beat. how many of each card does he think is in the damn deck?
I wouldnt highlight this if i felt that it was a one off but apart from the legend that is TK, a majority of the presenters on sky poker should be a lot more knowledgeable! Its just cringeworthy some of the things they say or dont spot.
