A dear friend of Bainn's, Scott, left him a cryptic message in his birthday card to watch "Eggheads" tonight.

Looking forward to seeing it and Bainn and I are laying our own private bets on whether the team will be a collection of Draughtsmen, Goths or members of the Vampire Society......we'll just have to wait and see...Good Luck Scott!

Bejing ipart of the Commonwealth - LMAO!

Why do people give a story about the answer they are going to give, answer the fecking question or is this under direction from the producers?

under direction, you are asked to make the answer interesting with an anecdote or a bit of detail

The team members have to follow the instructions of the Producer which is to explain there choice of answer and explain why they are dismissing two of the possible three.  I know this from the fact that my brother captained a team some months ago and the Blonde members will be able to confirm this.

Not when we were on, they had to edit some of our questions out to fit it all in.

PS Blast i missed it tonight.  Angry

Yeah, pad out your answers to make it look like the answer wasn't obvious or that you're not guessing.

Then they don't have enough time to show all the questions... maybe it's because of the unique way the BBC is funded.

Crappest quiz show on the telly, people watch these types of programme to see how many questions they know the answer to not to listen to 5 minutes of twaddle every time a question is answered.
I'll bet there are only about 20 questions asked in the whole show.
