Table is pretty crazy UTG has just recent moved to table so no info on him but he min raises to 1600, its a turbo MTT and the blinds are just about to increase average stack is around 11k we have 17k or round abouts  and are dealt 88 - as I said table is pretty manic and there is likely to be a raise from one of the donks in later position.

Easy fold right?

it seems that every time I have folded a small - medium PP lately I have  hit a set.  Round previous I passed 55 in similar position and hit the set but there was a straight on the turn so I have myself a pat on the back for this  I'm finding these situations difficult to gauge lately.  I want to conserve chips when we're not near the money and accumulate them with position and when i feel I can maybe pick up pots uncontested.

If you called the flop would have been different.

LOL - I was always of that opinion that any action taken changes the flop.  Is this definite because someone tried telling me different.

In all seriousness though, even in live games any time I have passed a small to medium PP lately I have hit a set either on flop or one of the later streets any any time I seem to play them  I get skelped with 3 overcards!

Here is a tip from me to you, it will pretty much cover all your gambling.

When you have decided upon an action, do the complete opposite.

Thats of course providing your looking at the correct flop, not the last one, or one in the future...
