Backed portugal and spain at 6/1 each. If germany get 2nd they will play portugal in the quarters, but how they are playing now portugal will cain them.

Croatia were impressive football wise but there's so many little diving pricks in their team i can't help but dislike them. I like Bilic and think he'll be in the premiership before long but not keen on the team.
the referee was pretty awful aswell, no way shweinsteiger should have gone, Modric's tackle just after that was worse.
All in all this is a lot of bitterness because i have backed the Germans in the tournament and i have them in the sweepstake and they looked pretty shit today.

gomez reminds me of guilardino of italy and ex-milan
his reputation far outweighs what ive seen of him.
4 times ive see gomez, twice at euro 2008, both times extremely poor, twice for stuttgart versus rangers, he scored at ibrox i think, but again i thought he was poor and was amazed to see him as germanys number 1 striker. for me kuranyi, podolski and klose are better options
