Yeah, needing only a draw against an unmanaged club to be sure of a play off spot Sunderland lost 1-0 for another season in division 2. A lack of spending early on in the season coupled with playing a strong team in most of the cup ties resulted in too many drawn games.

After my spectacular collapse in the run in last season, getting 9 wins and a draw from my last 10 games was awesome, including winning the last seven on the bounce, with the final two games against Barcelona and Arsenal.

yeah I signed a couple of good new players...but I reckon I will be very lucky to get a top 4 placing again. I just hope I avoid injuries a bit more than I did at the start of last season and I could get some sort of cup run going again.
