I used to use Vent as it is known, when playing online games, Now given we have the Blonde cash games and a bit of banter in the tourneys, would a Blonde Ventrilo server be an option ?

 for the VOCAL rubdowns,

Its better than Skype tbh Laxie  IMHO ofcourse. I like the functionality of it and you can have private rooms as well as teh in chat private messages, you can kick people off the system if they abuse it, its a great communication tool

I only no of teamspeak thought that was ment to be best dont really no much bout tech stuff tho
