He can break both of those records.

The 100m, for obvious reasons.

The 200m because he can run that at a Grand Prix event without having to do all the heats he's been running to get to the final today.

Not from me.

On Betfair right now, Phelps is still 1.86 to be Overseas SPOTY. with Bolt at 2.76. Good price for Bolt I think.
