The very last hand of the night goes to Dewi James, who finds ACES and talks Raymond O’Mahoney into calling his all-in preflop bet of 15k.  “If I had AQ, I’d call!” says Dewi.  Raymond calls holding pocket 66’s.

John Sadler down to the felt...

Preflop, cutoff Paul Gourlay made it 17k to go, called by John Sadler on the button and Paul Murphy on the big blind.
Flop:    Check to Sadler, who bet 25k, only to find Murphy moving all in.  Paul Gourlay got away lightly, and after a brief think, Sadler called.
Sadler:
Murphy:
The turn and river came raggy, bringing Murphy's stack up to 375k and Sadler's down to just 16k!

Paul Murphy

John Sadler's chips - now you see them...

Now you don't...

A brief reprieve for Sadler who moves in (after one hand's worth of folding preflop, which surprised Paul Gourlay who limped with a small pair expecting Sadler to move but instead had to fold to a raise from someone else...) called by both blinds.  They check down the board of three clubs and Sadler asks, "Is this good?" flipping the .  It is.  He then turns over his as-yet-unseen mystery kicker, which was the for good measure.

Richard Hawes raises preflop to 18k, and neighbour Andrew Tuxworth immediately repops it to 53k.  A bit of a stare later and he decides to move in, instacalled by the CL.
Hawes:
Tuxworth:

The board brought a pair of Aces but nothing remotely like a get-out for the Eights, and an inevitably slightly disappointed Richard Hawes finishes in 6th place for £2,275.

Just prior to this, John Sadler has trebled up, folding a few hands and actually leaving the table for one hand (much to the amazement of a couple of the other players) before shipping it in with , Paul Murphy calling on the button, only for Richard Hawes to re-raise all-in behind, Murphy quickly folding.

Sadler:
Hawes:

This is such an odd final table, and yet now we've just lost another player...

Paul Gourlay button raises and Rusin moves in from the big blind. After a long dwell which will cost him most of his stack, Paul makes the call with and sees the hand he didn't want to find, as the Russian has .

leaves Paul calling for a ten, but the turn and river are

Soon after, Andrew Tuxworth limps on the button, Paul Gourlay moves all-in for his last 20k or so, Sadler gets out of the way and Tuxworth, does what he does best, he calls.

Gourlay:
Tuxworth: Erm... two hearts

Tdd Two Clubs

His dominance is utterly complete.

Paul Gourlay is OUT in 5th place winning £3,185

No-one is trying to outplay Tuxworth either, they're too scared at the moment to make the moves. Rusin limps for 6k and then Paul Murphy, who has been very solid makes it 31k. Tuxworth calls(!) and Rusin folds.

The flop comes two spades , as raggy as it gets. Tuxworth bets a paltry 25k but Murphy folds. If anyone wants to actually win this, they're going to have take him on...

Now Andrew Tuxworth has over 1 million of the c.1.4million chips in play, and John Sadler knew he had to get some chips to have any chance of getting any further.  He suddenly took the brakes off entirely, raising all in four times over limpers on his big blind, or on Paul Murphy's big blind, with no action.  A couple of times he showed some rubbish like Nine-high, which potentially he might be regretting after this hand:

It folds to Sadler in the dmall blind and, predictably, he moves all in again.  This time he's instacalled by big blind Przemek Rusin who turns over , while Sadler holds .

Flop: ... (at which point Sadler is already poised to shake the remaining players' hands)... on the turn and river finish him off so -

John Sadler finishes in 4th place winning £4,095

More chips than God or indeed, Harry Ramsden.

Note that he has a few little stacks of eight 1k chips for ease of use, so that he can limp at any given point should the situation necessitate it. His style is so erratic and his stack so big that I doubt he'll be beaten, plus neither of the other two have shown anything so far that would indicate they can defeat this poker juggernaught.

Paul Murphy is the only one to have taken a noticeable bite out of Andrew Tuxworth's stack, really, and he just won another pot:

Tuxworth limped (as he does rather a lot for someone with such a ludicrous lead) on the button, and Murphy checked his big blind.
Flop:    double check.
Turn:   Now Murphy bets out 30k, called by Tuxworth
River:   After a fairly long pause, Murphy opts for the all-in move, and that gets rid of his opponent.

All three players see a board which gets checked to the river where Paul Murphy bets 80k into a 50k pot from the small blind. Tuxworth folds and Rusin tanks it before eventually calling with but grimaces when Murphy shows .

Is there any way whatsoever that Murphy is ever bluffing there with worse than a king?
