I've been playing now for about two years.

PKR (favourite), Blonde (leagues etc), Full Tilt and Dusk Till Dawn occasionally.

Do you play live at college, clubs or Casinos

Yes, locally at the Cincinatti and Wabash clubs in Glasgow, also been to DTD 3 times now for Blonde Bash, Virgin Festival and the 3-2-1 £300 event and various other venues.

Had any wins this year

Biggest was at the Virgin Festival, 155 runner £50 freezout which I won for £2685 and 50,000 air miles. Great Weekend ! Jizzem picked up the Sunday Scalp comp in the same Festival. Online biggest single win this year was for $2800 in a 186 runner freezout on PKR.

If you went to a Restaurant, would you have sausage and mash if it was on the menu

Possibly, i'm quite a fussy eater and they would have to be quality sausages.
 Perfection would be stewed sausages with onion gravy and a nice mash.

 Dont play a regular live game, try my best to play a big live event somewhere
 in europe once a month but im pretty damn lazy so that doesnt always happen

Had a few decent scores this year, live I came 15th in the $5k 6max WSOP event for $35k ish, online I came 3rd in the stars super tuesday for $34k, a 2nd in wednesday $300 for $27k and a win in the $100r pretty recenty for $30k

Been to a lot of places to play poker, australia, macau, 2 months in vegas for WSOP. Just had a 10 day holiday in cyprus with moorman and allinstevie, a complete break from poker which was overdue. Got drunk too much but I owned souls and mini-golf and won 5 free meals of those two mugs. Did make a stupid $5k bet with stevie about how many goals berbatov is gonna score this season, I was very drunk at the time and compltetely expect to lose $5k, sigh

Can you answer a few questions

How long have you been playing poker?
About four years ago when I made a small deposit on William Hill. I'd never really played poker before, but wanted to give online poker a go to see what all the fuss was about. I remember starting at micro stakes limit poker and I think there were also £1 sit and goes. I worked at The Sun at the time and three weeks later was told I was playing in a TV tournament for media folks because I was the only person on the newsdesk who knew how to play! I was terrified and folded my way to third place. Anyway, I caught the bug and have been playing (badly) ever since.

Which sites do you play on?
Lots of different ones - I love the PokerStars software, but as I am about to start working for them, I will no longer be allowed to play there. I play a lot at Poker Trillion, sometimes at Full Tilt and sometimes at PKR. I don't really like the iPoker software (sorry Blonde!) and now that I have left PartyPoker's employment I will soon be able to play there again.

Do you play live at pubs, clubs or Casinos?
We are not blessed with casinos in the wilds of Suffolk, but a few times a year I will play in London.

Had any big wins this year?
No - I don't really play tournaments as I am pretty useless at them TBH. However, the big win for me this year has been rediscovering my discipline. I started a bankroll challenge with $3 in a redundo account and grinded it to $2,000, and have been using that to play with and take small profits from since then. It's nice to make a small profit and I take myself and my play far less seriously than I used to!

Do you play every day?
Given the chance, yes, but work, wife, three kids, house, garden, dog and four (yes, four) cats also demand my time!

Where did you go on holiday this year?
We're having an extension built, so cash piled in to that rather than the usual family holiday. However, I was lucky enough to spend two weeks in Las Vegas and a week on the Mediterranean for the PartyPoker Million Cruise - both for work, obviously  Wink

How many miles a week do you drive?
Very few. Until recently I worked at PartyPoker's offices in the City of London, so I commuted daily by train. I hated those train journeys more than I hate Norwich City FC - and that's some hatred.

Do you prefer online or live?
No preference, although I'd love the chance to play more live games.


Ever played a Poker Pro, like Aces or Devilfish?
Thanks to my position at The Sun and PokerStars, I got to play in some EPTs (badly, I hasten to add) which gave me the opportunity to play against many great players players eg, Greg Raymer, Joe Hachem, Andy Black, Roland De Wolfe, Julien Thew, Johnny Lodden, Mark Teltscher, Philip Hilm, Dario Minieri, to name a few. The best one I ever played against was undoubtedly Tikay.

Mmmm, sausages. If I had to choose, it would be spicy.

3 years, I came back from a trip from London and my hubby had downloaded Sporting Odds and I was soon hooked.  I did play some form of stud as a teenager though.  I played for petrol money.

No, I almost always have a chicken dish and anything with mushrooms in it.

My sister-in-law has an apartment in Spain so we went there.  If she didn't have that we probably wouldn't have had one.  All we have to pay for is the flights. Smiley

Red, I see a Honda Civic VTEC Type R where I work and it's beautiful.  I would love that car.

No but I used to showjump as a child, my dad was a showjumper but it scared the beejesus out of me when I left the ground. ( I don't even like swings!)
