internet tv help please?

hi guys your all so good i reckon someone mght have the answer here and i dont mind paying them if they can do it for us...
we are in cyprus and my wife wants itv,bbc and a few english chanels,,the only way we can have this is by a 4,2 meter dish ,which is ridiculous,,it would make our garden look like nasa,,,
a few have already hepled on here .,,.
i have now found out that i can pay this guy £30 a month and he will give me a uk based proxy number so that we can watch itv.com catch up,and also bbc i player,,,now i dont mind paying for it but a few people mentioned on here i could do it for free,,we i dont know how to,i followed some instructions on youtube but i still couldnt get itv.com to play...im sure this can be done for free and i know that some of you thecies are switched on.,.,i am not.,.,as i said if someone can help me out with this im sure i could pay someone to do it.,.,or i could give them a few free online poker lessons lol.,.,.,seriously i dont mind paying but i dont trust this cockney guy and i think hes having me over long term..,,.,.??anyway any help a big bonus.,.,.,
p.s by the way all free uk tv channels and zatoo and stuff like that just dont work,,,thnx for any help.,.,,.

You don't need to pay for a proxy.  You might need someone show you how to set it up to work, but you don't need to pay £30.

All that site will give you is stuff like PPMate, SopCast etc, programs that let you watch streams.  You don't need to pay for that, you can get it all for free.

Haven't looked properly yet, but maybe worth investigating.

Hmmm, they just give you the box, you can prob get one off ebay and then get a local guy to stick the dish up.  Cards registered in the UK then sent abroad.  My mate did this in Switzerland, but his dad is a satellite installer guy so he took the dish and kit over with him to do it.  Worked well though.

i can only use his with a massive dish and we dont want a huge dish,,im sure there got to be another way,tried slingbox that kept on freezing up,,,with all due respect and thnx so much for looking for me but that thread above on the cyprus forum is from 2006 lol but thnx mat things havent changed that much out here since then lol,..,

i downloaded anonymous browser and stuck in a uk i-p address it worked once on both then tried again and no go.,.,.,.,.,fok my telly

thnx mate i have tried this allready ,,its ok for hidding your ip address but the itv.com and bbc i plyer sees it and wont let hidden ip address view.,.,.,.,thnx for trying mate im STILL looking,,

one word OnSpeed   downloaded this for £25 and it works on bbc i player just trying itv now .,.,.,.,.,.,.,4 days of searching.,.,.,.,.,got it in the end.,.,.,
