the more memory you can get the better.  you can get a decent second hand machine for under 200 quid. pm if you need anything.

I'll add my request for help here too. Want a lappy for use just for chess and to have wireless.

My worry is that Im told laptops break down after a couple of years, so warranty (or lack of) is an issue but aint got the Russell Crowe for a brand new one
