Job Application form....need help with a few questions.

Q2 is pretty standard, make up a story where you found people arguing/fighting over some bollocks religious thing and you acted as mediator in the situation. Maybe a anti fascist demo where lots of BNP people where there, and you diffused a situation or did x y z.
or for Q2 if you wish to take a gamble say you diffused dispute at moortown over poker game :P
Q3 look at a previous job, maybe involving human interaction, where you went the whole hog in supporting this person in a query/problem and went through hoops to resolve the situation.
