Did you used to run the one in Notts with the same name or is it just a coincidence?

You don't, you invite yourself. Their website seems to be struggling atm, but you should be able to find it on their "partners" page. They have slashed the reward conversion rate in half since the beginning so it is extra nitty clicking now to get there.
It's not a bad thing (O/T now for nit thread) for anyone worried about their miles expiring, as it will refresh the expiry date when you earn a few miles. Also, links there to partner with Tesco, Texaco etc, which will help the Upper flight come together quicker...
Update: Now the website is working again, I see what you mean about invitation only. It has changed a bit. Perhaps start at
http://www.e-rewards.co.uk/
and see if you can hook up your Flying Club number from there.
Or if they have tightened up on it and it is no longer possible, then
Tescos free 1k
is a start for less effort.
And of course, people can always PM me for a free 9k miles on credit card. (Nits gonna nit)
