Depends how they structure the payoff. Some go for the security of full amount over time, others go for a lump sum, usually about 30-40% but depending on length n value. The top ones obviously go for the lump sum. |

LOL. Amazingly enough, not every board in world football will take it's opinions on managers from the English media. Believe it or not some managers are considered a success when they achieve things outside of the EPL!
If Ramos makes it past the summer I think he'll do well.
