I agree, but he will not get beyond the xmass period to turn it around. We have lost the last 4 games to shite teams. Our defence is a complete joke. Without Beckford we cannot score enough goals to win games. How long do you give him? until we midtable in April?

Lol not overly but i am not calling for his head despite us being in for a relegation battle, a change of manager will not help our situation imo at this stage.

Obviously i was more posing a question and asking someone who is supporter of Leeds, from the outside a year doesn't seem long enough to know if he is not right for the job. Yet if you are closer to the club sometimes you just know the manager isn't going to turn it around, for example Norwich's previous manager (Peter Grant) was only in charge for about a year but it was clear in the last 6 weeks of his reign that players had stopped playing for him and he had to go.
