5 hours of play.
Had 2 pocket pairs and 2 decent aces. Apart from that I was utterly card dead, always with action in front of me, making it pretty difficult to find a spot.
Early on, had 44 and raised UTG. There was a reraise from David Kennedy which I flatted. An 8 7 2 flop, and I checked. He bet 600, and after a good thought, reraised to 1500. He at this point said he must be behind, and didn't show, but quoted QQ. [ ] I believed him.
Finished at the 1st break dead on 10k lolllll.... at 100/200 limped UTG with 55, and with 6 callers, the Q 5 4 flop was lovely...Obv I check... big stack put 500 in, and wanting more in the hand, I called.. everyone else folded... FML.. Turn was a 3, also putting 2 clubs and 2 spades on the board... I check again with the intention of coming over the top and he checked...turn was a very dangerous
, I thought for a good 2 mins before checking, he checked his A straight behind, so got off fairly lightly.
Until late in 150/300, didn't see anything resembling even half a hand, again always action in front. Blinded down to 5k, then the out hand. Shehbaz Hussain made it 1600 from early position, and Andy Bradshaw flatted from the SB.
was the best hand I'd seen so shoved... Bradshaw eventually called 66, and the board totally bricked out!!
Want to thank everyone for their staking, I've never played for this length of time going as card dead as I was, so need to try and find a way to play to counter it it seems!
