If I have a fail in the next question I want to object on the grounds you didn't warn me.

How is Muhammed Ali a fail?Huh?? He had to give up his world title for 3 years because he was locked up as he refused to fight in the US Army during the Vietnam conflict!!! I'm gonna search for this on wiki now, but I defo remember reading about this when I did boxing history as a study in primary school as part of a project

To confirm my objection. I even put in my answer WHY he went to jail so you could look it up.

heres the first article that came up on google which confirms he went to prison, although he served 4 years of a prison sentence, not 3 as I had thought.

http://uk.askmen.com/celebs/men/sports/32_muhammad_ali.html - the paragraph you need to look for is this:-

"In May 1967, the World Boxing Association took away his boxing license and his title, and he was sentenced to 5 years in prison for violating the Selective Service Act. Finally released from prison on appeal, Ali returned to where he belonged: the boxing ring. There, he fought and defeated Jerry Quarry in 1970, but lost to Joe Frazier (the champion at the time) in 1971, after getting back his license. This would mark Ali's first defeat as a professional boxer."

Thank you very much

[X] He got a 5 year prison sentence
[X] He immediately appealed and was released on bail
[X] His appeal was successful
[  ] He actually spent time in jail

Can't whale them as they are very different breeds.  Now hush so I can post the next one.  My computer is having a feckin seizure!

they're not different breeds as that would suggest that they were both breeds. springer spaniel is not a breed and is a clear fail

any chance of a response on yet another ridic decision?
go on, go on, go on, go on

Dude...give it up.

yeah, you're right. I shouldn't object to incorrectly marked questions. how stupid of me. so I'll just assume that all those wrong answers are right. standard

Was waiting for you.  He had to give up his titles due to his 'conviction' record.  However, he was not imprisoned.  He was permitted to continue fighting whilst his appeal (which was successful) was happening.

Released from prison in bold. If he never did ANY time then how can he be released in the first place?

Define prison.
