Dingdell is in the building, straight from work by the looks of it

The Barry Neville/Grace/Tasos/Gourlay/Glyn Rees table is ultra-aggressive. A short-stack on it, Mark Wilson, remarked to me "each pot is 3-bet pre, and I keep getting caught in the cross-fire"

On this table five players saw a   flop, checked to Jamie Moult. He bet 6,500 into a 4,000 pot. Seat 7 Rahim Sadaat put 1600 in the middle thinking that was the size of Moult's bet. When his error was pointed out to him, he complained long and hard about how the chip colourings were too similar, then complained a bit more for fun, then folded, forfeiting the 1600 chips.

As everyone else then folded, Moult had a nice little bonus in the pot he won.

This over-betting lark seems to be catching on. Rupinder Bedi found himself in a pot, in position, against the lethal Albert Sapiano and the bleach blonde Sam Walters

on a flop of 2-6-5 rainbow, raised pot, Rupinder bet 6,500 into the 5,000 pot and got that rare beast, a Sapiano pass, and a pot won

Right then, day 2's are always the worst for updaters. All feels groundhog day after a long first day. I myself spent the night listening to Kev talking in his sleep and snoring whilst I was perched on a sofa bed. Glamourous it is not

So to cheer us up and help us on our way, I want your best poker/gambling/sports jokes on this thread please....Make us smile!

Atkin has virtually doubled up

on a board of Q-3-10-10 he check raises Christopher Christophi's 2,500 bet to 5,500 which is called

He then shoves the 10 river and his opponent passes. Atkin flashes a Queen

Darren Martin has doubled through the extravagantly-attired Adebayo Odetoyinbo

Blind on blind Martin checked post a Q-Q-6 flop and Ade shoved 7-6 off

Martin called quicker than a very quick thing with Q-J suited

Ade was quiet for a whole 30 seconds following this outcome. Wonders never cease

Atkin is back in the game ...

A series of shoves has seen him go from 3k up to 20k .... one double up and he is right back in the pack
