Hercules = roman

Heracles = greek

you wouldn't have seen ares on adventures of hercules, using roman characters

I am about to move a disqualification motion against this participant

Right - have scored Apollo as 2.

Venus is a FAIL apparently, so has been scored that way.

See I am honest and don't cheat!

FFS woman, we got the point - you don't have to mention this every quiz

you can't just decide to allow godesses for whatever reason AFTER the question asked for 'gods'.  it's not as if there aren't enough to pick from/google.  Fail all the godesses please, or this is going to be the most farcical quiz since Londonderry disappeared off the map!!!!

having the same ranking does not make them the same thing. you asked for gods. gods does not include goddesses. simple

it's like if you'd asked for a man who'd competed in the olympics but accepted paula radcliffe and gave the reason for this that men and women are equal

Lets kick of with the goddessess one ....

Right, originally I was going to fail these until I read on the internet that Gods/Goddesses have the same rank per say and should be treted as such regardless of gender (although they not real right so how do they have a gender) anyway, moving on I also thought bollox to goddesses not being counted as Gods in the GOD sense not the male GOD sense (still with me)  so therefore decided that gods and gosdesses are both acceptable

DEAD RIGHT CHICKA!!!!

Now, Gatso pipes up with his ancient greek studies or wahtever and if HE can give me a PLAIN ENGLISH bona fide reason why I should not include goddesses as passes then they will stay as passes

over to you Gatso

FFS!!!  DON'T MIND HIM!  YOU'RE IN CHARGE, SO ACT LIKE IT!!!

Good point, well made.
