when they arrested him he wasnt detained under the mental health act and he wasnt sectioned.
he was interviewed for 4 days and then went to court today where he was remanded to jail, not a mental health hospital or psychiatric unit.
if the police, a judge(and i imagine health workers saw himwhen he was being interviewed) think that its ok for him to be charged with attempted murder and remanded to jail then i'll go with what they say as opposed to your continual unsubstantiated assertion that he's had a mental breakdown.
