BBC Prime seems like an ok fail to me. http://www.bbc.co.uk/info/services/channels_aroundworld.shtmlIt's owned by BBC Worldwide, who are the BBCs comercial company. I was tempted to go for Dave, because that's owned by UKTV, which BBC Worldwide have a part in. But I'm not entirely sure if any license fee money goes into BBC worldwide. Having a look around I don't think any does. |
