Hi - The provider crashed the server rack today which is why the site went down. I don't know why there was no ups kick-in though.  Unfortunately, the forum db ended up with a corrupted session table and I had to drop it and re-create before the MySQL service would restart without error. The other tables all look ok at the moment though.

The provider's posting an explanation tomorrow morning apparently. That'll be interesting. I'm expecting to hear about monkeys or some similar explanation.

Can i just mention while there is someone around that might know what they're on about i have had MANY MANY timeouts over the last few days, since the last crash actually (the one before today).
