sour grapes I see - you English should push the boundaries of sport like us Scots.  I confidently expect Scotland to be Elephant polo gold medallists in the London Olympics unless of course the bitter English don't allow Elephant polo in the games  Cheesy

Given than the Scots team all train on bicycles, I think they should introduce bicycle polo to the olympics.

BTW, if Elephant polo is a sport, then so is poker!

The very last hand of the night goes to Dewi James, who finds ACES and talks Raymond O’Mahoney into calling his all-in preflop bet of 15k.  “If I had AQ, I’d call!” says Dewi.  Raymond calls holding pocket 66’s.

A joking mood or attitude: She made the remark in sport.

5.One known for the manner of one's acceptance of rules, especially of a game, or of a difficult situation: a poor sport.
Informal. One who accepts rules or difficult situations well.
Informal. A pleasant companion: was a real sport during the trip.

6.A person who lives a jolly, extravagant life.
          7.A gambler at sporting events.

Could be pushing it a bit with 1,2&3. The rest fit the bill though.

In my opinion, Poker is a sport. It is a opinion that a lot of top pro's share.

I figure that Poker is a sport that taxes your mental and physical endurance. Playing for 12 -14 hours is pretty taxing.
