Rich ... say for arguments sake, I had a "friend" with a sky poker account, I played their account ... because it has cash in it and won a seat (yes I know, highly unlikely) ... but if i did, would I be able to play or would it be the person whose name is on the account, and if that person who played cashed in the tournament for arguments sake, could that person who's account it was collect his winnings in cash on the said night for arguments sake. If this was not possible could you ask the guy in Harrogate for arguments sake if he might allow it.

And could said player wear an upside down blonde badge on their shirt ?
Not upside down, no.
Or the right way up.
This is confusing. Are all players not allowed to wear ANY branded shirts/hats/hoodies etc?
I'll double check, but I doubt it

tighty i know its early but do u know if sky are going to add a grand final seat to the top ten finishers in each league like they did at the last spukt?
its says considerable added value but it looks a bit vague what this might be
thanks
The official press release isn't out yet, or the
SPT page on the website
. Any day now
Nevertheless I can confirm they (we?) are adding a Grand Final seat to the top three finishers in each leg this time round
The Landing Page on the Website is now up, as of this evening, but it does not mention the Added Value Seats.
The Blog I wrote & Posted on Monday, which I think someone C & P onto here, said.....
The Top Three players at Legs 1 to 5 inclusive will be awarded with a Grand Final Seat.

I believe they can wear whatever they wish.
blonde logos preferred, obviously. But they must be the right way up.

so the added value has been cut considerably compared with the last tour or are they adding it another way?
also will the grand final still have a guarentee like last year?

The whole tour is guaranteed at £100,000.
The added value point I can answer...gotta think big picture...but perhaps it is better if tikay does so as it goes into areas beyond the Tour, and therefore not really my place to answer

what does the tour manager do rich?
Was given a budget
Was given the number of events required to be held for the Tour
Spent the last month arranging the six venues..so that's negotiations on price, dates, staffing, TV requirements, capacity etc etc...quite a tricky one this has proven to be, and we're a bit later than I wanted to be so catch up time now
Once arranged got to co-ordinate with the Sky team the Online satellites, the website communication, the PR, new logo to announce it effectively
Then for each event do all the preparation, delegating where appropriate...everything from trophies through merchandise through banners/signs through Production requirements through to venue stuff (player lists, reception staffing, PA systems, hotel deals, player briefings). Make sure supplier invoices are paid.
At each event sort out who is doing what from the team, do the live update myself. Liaise with TD/Casino for any issues on the day
After each event reporting, press and PR etc
repeat x6
Enjoying it, having done (with others) 8 blonde bashes and over 20 APATs this isn't new territory (Mr Raab aside there won't be many in the UK who've put on more events than myself/teams) but the learning curve on the "Sky" specific stuff (TV production most notably) is pretty steep.

oh my project plan is a thing of beauty
A six sheet spreadsheet in five different colours. The 26 point "action plan" to the first venue was email porn.
A good tour manager should have OCD. It helps.

blimey, that's a fair bit. I thought it was just going to be making sure tikay had enough coffee
do you store tins of food in your cupboards in straight lines with the labels facing forwards like beckham does?

Straight lines, ordered by best before date by foodstuff and in alphabetical order too
Therefore I know Baked Beans will be towards the left hand side of the top cupboard, whilst Spaghetti Hoops will be towards the right to use one example
