what are you doing for losing the old love handles and belly? I have been going to the gym 3/4 times a week for the past 3 months and everything is bulking up and fat is slowly dripping away but my stomach still looks F'ing ridiculous. (I have obviously don't sit-ups and all that shyte but it doesn't seem to worl.)
you can't spot reduce fat. eat less tubby bro
love handles and belly are the tough bit. It drops off everywhere else first. round your middle is the main depository for all that crap you've been eating and drinking for 40 years, it's deeply embedded. Your body thinks it's your natural weight now so you have to fight to shift it.
burn more calaroies than you consume and 5/6 small meals a day.
drink water only and lots of it.
sleep 7 hours per night minimum.
as your muscles grow you will burn more fat during your sleep.
protein rich diet to build those muscles.
eat no longer than 90 mins after your excercise.
make sure you are pushing yourself in your routines and do that at a good pace no 5 min rests between sets etc
up your cardio to shift those calories, i really like the 'jumping rope' i'm getting pretty tasty at it, not quite muhammed ali but getting there, so i don't find it a chore and do 30 mins 5 days a week. I also play football once a week, tennis once or twice, a couple of rowing sessions and in total about an hour walking the steepest incline on the running machine.
