Drink it with water not milk

why? it tastes so much better

I'm generally gonna always say unless you want to intake more calories but if you're drinking it in the morning, milk contains too much fat for your body to process quickly enough to feed tired muscles.

I also read that milk breaks down the protein a little bit but don't know if that holds any truth.

that's pretty much what I've been told at the gym.

Some protein shakes are nicer with water...strawberries and cream (from my protein) is loverly...as it their Chocolate shake

Is skimmed milk not a half-way house here between the two?  Virtually fat-free, but at least has some milkiness?

Skimmed milk is not proper milk...it's yuckie and evil and should therefore never be bought...for anything. It's also not the fat that's the problem, the suggestion is that milk proteins do something to the whey proteins which is why it's better to mix with water.

Do the milk proteins abuse the whey proteins?  Is it like bullying?

It's like Whey proteins are Barcelona and the milk makes Messi play like Babel.

decent forearm resistance excercises?

The main two I do for forearms are

Get a Z bar. hold it and roll it up over a flat surface.

Then I get two dumbbells and twist them til my forearms burn

Do you favour your right forearm?
