No tomorrow! My birthday was the deadline, not end of the month!

Make sure you drink plenty of water before your run mate.

Probably best to make it a walk tbh. You're not going to sweat that much weight off anyway and it could be dangerous after eating such a small amount.

Personally I'd skip the run altogether and hit the steam room or sauna.

You'll sweat loads more and it won't hurt your dodgy knee as much.

Actually your best bet if you're just looking to lose weight through sweating is to wrap yourself in cling film or your bin bag and turn your heating on full.

This run idea won't lose as much weight as you think and you'll need to drink as much as you potentially lose to avoid death.

It was a run/walk around the football pitch.

I have also found a new respect for people who take ice baths. Be a while before I do that again!

Sigh the gym was fking shut when I got there... Fking bank holiday hours 

Will weigh myself tomorrow, I already know what I'm eating the rest of the night anyway but no macros on dinner because mum made it and I don't know what's in it Grin

Again a bit of a mare but I didn't get up until late and mum was cooking dinner. I'm up early tomorrow b/c I hafve to go pay some money into the bank and will get some bits then to see me through the rest of my working week.

Today's food:

Breakfast - 50g oatmeal. 1/2 pint milk, 3 scoops protein powder

Pre training - 45g protein shot

Dinner - 175g chicken made in to curry, 50g rice, 3 x pitta

Exactly the same as yesterday. Weigh in shortly before bed time.

Everyone else to be somewhere in the middle.

<3 Mr Hopkin's food charts...

I am travelling, few hotels coming up, so I will be happy with weight maintenance for a few days tbh.  When is the end date meant to be?  I will be keeping going until I get to my target, however long that takes.  But on date target, one of the big boys should abso piss this.

Hopkin's food charts are amazing to be fair.

I love the idea of having a target weight and just kind of hoping it happens Cheesy

Final date is Sept 1st. Will be interesting to see who has lost the most.

Its got me half way there ;-)
