Yesterday was meant to be a quite day just having a couple of drinks, I ended up consuming roughly the following :

2 Raspberry Stollies and lemonade (only singles as this was when I was having a quite drink)
10 pints Carling
4 pints of forsters
1 pint of peroni
2 single apple vodkas and lemonade
1 double apple vodka and lemonade
3 bottles of Cobra
3/4 bottle of chav champagne Moet

If anything the pint count is lower then it actually was, nice quiet Monday.

As far as mortal states go definitely not that bad, I remembered the end of the night, I sure can say that about Saturday.

On tap?  MBN - Far to cosmopolitan for the pubs of Norfolk.

Yeah, it was £4 a pint, in the same place you can get 3 pints of Fosters for a fiver, none of my Fosters where drank there as it's horrid. Peroni on tap >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Peroni bottled. I'm not sure the price is justified though as normal price for a pint is £2.50-£3 so it's quite a bit more.

Over xmas my uncle was saying that Peroni on tap is really expensive and I was pretty confused. Around here it's about 30p a pint cheaper than normal stuff.

Totally bar dependent, trade price is the same as everything else, but because its supposedly posh and italian they sell it for me.

Is beautiful, but everywhere seems to serve it in Notts and so you get plenty a ropey pint. :-(

Impressive session Monda.

Who do you drink with like that on a Monday?
Is that a standard Monday or a special occasion?

The drinking thing is kind of strange, I know I take the piss about StuartHopkin's drinking on his thread but I definitely don't think it's clever to drink loads. I think about quiting the drink totally, loads. But I have too much fun doing it. I come from a family of male drinkers, me Dad is a big drinker and his Dad was a really big drinker as well. I definitely think family tendencies to drink massively effects how much you drink, although that's not meant as an excuse for drinking.

As for how much I drink I'd say if I drink at my own pace, which is slow, I do drink a lot on a session but when I get into rounds with me Dad or whoever I can find myself pissed after 4 pints sometimes.I think there's loads of different factors on any giving day to how you react to drink, your mood that day is a major factor imo, how much you eat, when you eat etc etc.

It was just a standard Monday, sigh. That was just a mate from work. Do some pretty sick long sessions with me Dad on Saturday's where totals would be impossible to recollect. My closest friend who I drink most with in the house we usually drink 1ltr- 1 1/2 ltrs of vodka between us plus a few cans each. That can get pretty messy as I normally drink out of a pint glass and it ends up 1/3rd vodka 2/3 mixer.

that's an unholy amount of alcohol IMO...I couldn't even do your quiet Monday night if I really went for it (though can't say I've ever tried)

Like I say the plan wasn't to do a session but just panned out that way.

24, that isn't a usual Monday btw. I don't generally drink during the week and if I did it would normally just be a couple of pints with me Dad. I would say I'm a binge drinker but not a massive drinker in the sense I don't drink every day, I'm not an alcoholic basically. The pokers help to keep me off the drink as I don't play the day after having a drink but I've not managed to get going yet this year but I plan to soon, maybe from tmoro.
