Cash is going alright so far. Put some decent volume in the last few days and ran pretty well, reasonably happy with how I'm playing. Up just under 7 bi's having played 7k hands so 9.75 bb/100. Vpip% and pfr% are a little wide, currently 23/18 but after I reach 10k hands, which will be by the end of the week at the latest, probably tmoro, Dan is going to look through my db and tell me my leaks etc, I definitely have a few.

Me Brother and a couple of our mates have started playing snooker regularly and I've joined them a few times. The rooms got 2 tables and is part of a church, tables are in pretty decent nick, especially considering they are both over 100 years old, nearly as old as tikay. We all paid £20 to become members for a year and then it's just 50p for the light for 20 minutes so pretty cheap, it's quiet most of the week so can always get a game. Most likely will head there tonight and tmoro night since it's something to do instead of having a drink. You're allowed to take drink there and we normally do but I won't be this weekend. We used to go up to Riley's most Saturday's when we where younger but you don't improve much just playing once a week. It was always a good laugh though, used to always have a punt on the Ladbrokes millionaire every week, was always at least 6 of us, not one of us ever won out, Arsenal let me down at home, against Sunderland of all teams for 2k, think I was only 15/16, was proper gutted. Anyone ever manage to bink on it ?

I'd love to get good at snooker but doubt I'll have the time to put the hours in it takes to get good, such a tough game. I used to be a pretty solid pool player when I was younger, I had a full size table in my house in my bedroom and used to play all the time, there wasn't many places in the room I could actually get the cue totally straight but it was still good practice. Totally lost interest in playing though once I started drinking. People in pubs just take it far to serious, me Dad used to always say when I was young not to play for money because a lot of people who want to are knobs , when I started drinking in bars I sure listened, he sure was wrong. I never had any bother but came close a few times. I got asked to play for a few pub teams but never wanted to, I go to the pub to have fun not to get all serious over a game of pool.

I tried to put the picture up of the crates but somehow my desktop, that's only 6 months old, doesn't have a slot for the memory card off the camera, do most desktop's not have this ? It's getting transfered to a memory stick so should have it up soon, titbeam's going to be upset with my efforts.

Pretty sick bad beat with the football today, TheChiprince owed me £25 from 2 previous bets and our final one was Newcastle finishing ahead of Sunderland, his £130 against my £100. I was pretty confident I would win after they got beat off Wolves last week. To say I was confident when we where 3-0 up would be an understatement, SIGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I did another session with Dan today and that went well, he's sick good, I'll take being half as good one day please, he found a few minor things as I had expected/hoped he would. He expects I should crush the lower stakes and I'm confident I will too, I've played the last 5 days and I'm enjoying playing and it's been going well. I'll be grinding all this week and hopefully results will continue positively.
