Whilst I'm not looking to go on some sort of health kick or diet or anything like that, I want to do some exercises that I can do from home basically for the sole purpose of improving my energy levels. I have no interest in going to the gym but I'm sure there are worthwhile exercises I can do pre/post grinding and get into a routine to try and improve this aspect of my life.
Ideas plz ?
Couch to 5k mate. Dooooo itttttttt!

Just go for a nice brisk walk Monda. Maybe even jog a little bit.
Start really gently, just 10 minutes or so, and build up from there.
Twice last week walked about 15 minutes in spots I would've snap getting a taxi normally.
One good reason to regularly walk somewhere is I normally do a big shop and buy loads of meat products which then all get put in the freezer thus aren't anywhere near as nice when I eat it. Instead I will cut that out and go to the shop which is about 10 minutes away every couple of days and get to eat nicer food.

If you want to loose weight the best form of cardio is jump rope do 10/20 mins a day and the weight will just drop off providing your in a calorie deficit of course.
I'm not looking to lose any weight, just want to improve my energy levels and just basic general health, hard to suggest my lifestyle isn't somewhat down to the fact I regularly feel under the weather, get colds etc etc.

Definitely this Ray. A 2 mile walk will take half an hour out of your day. You'll get an instant good feel from it and also the long term benefits would be brilliant.
Million against you actually doing it though.
When I read this I thought WTF 2 miles in half an hour, good luck with that.
Turns out it's 1.6 miles from my house to my Brother's and that was one of the walks I did last week that took me about 15 minutes.
Distance/Time FAILS

I didn't actually lock a win up, was only up $50 when I stopped. PC was running like a bag of shit, CPU kept maxing out at 100% and making Stars freeze, was just too tilting to carry on playing.
Going to try some regular maintenance stuff now and hope that helps, really want a new PC though, asap.
Binked a seat in the DTD 50 seats for MC sat on Sun at 1st attempt so can call it a comma day, oioi.
Will hopefully be steaming drunk when that sat starts so will have to keep god modeing if I'm going to win a seat.
