Don't know him lol, it's a boro twang not Geordie. I watched that programme actually and was pretty suprised at how much they showed, normally in those programmes nothing happens but it was pretty brutal.

I'm not sure what's going to happen next weekend, may not be able to make Dot2Dot but if I cant I'll obv ship you money for the ticket, if someone wants a ticket then sell them mine, small chance I might make it though. Going to see John Cleese at York on the Saturday and moneys pretty tight, clearly D2D >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> John Cleese but mate had 2 tickets and asked me if I'd go when I was mortal, gg.

Haha, It's actually Ray works2halfdayssohecangrindonsamedaysbutthendoesntbother Norton. I think it will be fine but I have a feeling he'll be the type to want to make his mark and make a few changes.

Apart from the day I played when I did a session with Dan I haven't played anymore. I played about 3 hours of 45mans yesterday and was feeling really tired so finished the session early booking a small win, wiiiiiiiiiiiii, that's all I've played this month. It's pointless me just keep repeating the same things over and over and then not doing anything different, basically as far as poker goes the whole years been a bit of a joke, I couldn't have been more lazy if I'd tried. Part of the reason for this is I think I'm just sick of playing 45mans. I'm not really sure what the reason for this is though, maybe my mindset is wrong at the minute, but pretty much every session I've played this year part way through the session I've debated with myself whether to finish early or not. I certainly don't want to stop doing this for a living, playing 45mans is much better than working in an office. I think the main thing is the lingering thought of cash games and me much preferring to do that where I'm actually playing poker than 45mans where it's all pretty mindnumbing and it's just clicking buttons.

I'm going to play a session of 50nl today and see how things go.

Raymondo.

1) Switch to a different format of poker, imo.

2) Post more, not less. Deciphering your rambling has become a blonde sport.

3) Get your arse in gear.

PS - I shipped that money to you last night.

It's like printing money since Black Friday, I'm not sure why you'd want to switch (although to be fair it's not such a great option since they merged the buy-ins, hoping they fix this soon).

Go print some money for a month, then take a real stab at cash with the roll you've accumulated.

Do a prop bet or something to motivate you, that's helped you in the past.

I kind of agree with you James, I'm going to play a session of cash today for 6-8 hours and see how I find it and how I do, if it doesn't go well then I will be doing that.

I've played a small amount of cash on stars in the last couple of weeks (about 3000 hands) and from what i've seen the regs have got better and the fish have got worse. This seems to be because the SNE regs who usually play 400nl and higher have had to add in 200nl to retain SNE.

U agree with James, if it's like printing money like it was a few years ago I think you'd be mad not to take full advantage

Have you had a look at Jared Tendlar see this thread

Sigh for making me do a brag post.

The funny thing is, I have barely played since Black Friday as I burned out a bit from SNE chase. Consequently my sample size sucks, and I could be running insanely hot. The ~2 weeks before Black Friday I went through a breakeven patch, so the difference in graphs is pretty funny.

Yeah mbn etc, thanks for making me bok myself gfhlsdghgfdfghfdsg huge run bad patch inevitable now!!

Monda, maybe you should give 180-mans a whirl man.

Playing $15s + $8s +$3Rs looks like a pretty solid plan the way things are right now.

A different format might reinvigorate you a bit.

Great results James but you where crushing beforehand tbf, wpwp all the same. Enjoyed playing cash today, made 2.5 bi's with 11.6 bi/100 and thats with playing a few hands poorly, stacked off with Aces when should've got away from it but overall was happy with how I played. Grinding cash again tmoro and most likely stick to that over the weekend as well, definitely staying off the drink until Sunday and grinding.
