Again as mentioned on my blog, I did the scorings straight off hand so never going to be accurate. Even if they were accurate in Ruperts mind, maybe they arent in someboy else. It's all about preference I guess.

I do argue that the games on iPoker are tougher than anywhere else. At 200nl+ where I assume Rupert plays fair enough, I have heard/witnessed these are softer, but 50/100nl is super super reggy with players playing very similar stats and although they are exploitable they dont do any huge mistakes.

I did a coaching sessions with 2 guys who play 50nl on iPoker they were watching me play 100nl on MIcrogaming where I opened up 4 random tables and played. They literally were speechless in 1 hour I got 3bet less than 10 times, everybody limped and played terribly post flop. One guuy limp/raise then called bmy click back and open jammed 2x pot with 77 on a82, ofc this may occasionally happen on iPoker too but in general its alot mroe frequent on Microgaming/Entraction. Both of the players moved to Microgaming and moved up limits twice within 50k hands and are winning at 5bb+ at 200nl where they were breakeven 50nl grinders on iPokers.

I open utg AA, btn peels who is a bad reg, even worse than me, down $4k over 50k hands. Flop is J1010ssc I cb 6 into 8.50, he makes it 18, I call. Turn is a I check he bets 18 into 44.50, I call. River is the , I check he jams and I don't really think I can fold giving most of his likely draws have missed plus think his turn bet sizing looks more like a draw then a 10, also didn't expect him to have backed into clubs, he peeled pre with 106hh, wpwp. Very next hand on same table I find 1010 in bb, folds to sb, a decent reg, he opens I 3b, he 4b, I jam, he snaps, board is K829J, he has AK, geeg. On another table I open btn 108cc, good reg peels bb, we are 120bbs deep, he c/c a Q63cc flop, turn is a 10, he checks I bet 9 into 13.50 and he makes it 25.95, I have 100 back, I call. River is an 8, he jams 85 into 65, I call, he obv has Q10. Also ran AQ into 66 on a Q64dd9J board where I pretty much had the top of my range so could never fold and ran 1010 into 83 that peeled oop pre ofc and flop is 873hh, obv. Down 4 bi's in another session, wiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii.

Going to eat and then see what the tables are like to attempt to claw some of it back.

Think your scoring is pretty terrible. Also think that the only 'bad' games ipoker has are at 100NL/PLO and they're easily beatable, just a bit nitty'. The other games are pretty good.

I don't know if you're basing your scores on the fact you have rakeback deals you like to push on other sites but your scores definitely seem unfair and for someone with a job within poker your scores seem a little misinformed on some fronts.

Also, I'm obviously in defence of ipoker because of personal bias too.

The whole point of having a diary imo is to show your true emotions at that point in time whether they be good or bad, they only reason I do this diary is for something for me to look back on when I'm 60 and for those interested in following what I'm doing. So sometimes I will bitch and moan when things are going bad and I think I whinge a lot less than most tbh, but I'm sure most people think the same. Things can't always be going well, unless you just run that good, it mbn etc etc, but most people have ups n downs and I think it'd be pretty pointless if I just posted when things where going well. If I'm running like god I mention them hands and so I am balanced with it, just at the minute it's mostly me whinging because it's mostly been going shit.

It's tough to find the right balance between whether you should grind through it or take a break from it, last month went shit and I really wanted to put the hours in this month and really expected a good month. I'm happy with the grind I've put in, and with how I've played, but it's continued to go shit. During a session I don't think about it, in the sense of, I don't think about the fact I've been running shit for ages. However, I'm obviously aware of how that current session is going whilst playing and whilst I can 100% gte that it in no way effects my decisions while playing, as I've said before the odd time when I've knowing I'm a little tilted I've finished the session, but after the session though, it's churning through my mind for ages and the longer the shit runs going on the longer that's happening. So I am going to take a little break, just until the middle of next week and just give myself a chance to recharge the batteries, mentally.

PS That said I will be paying the £20 I owe, with proof itt ofc.

Playing cash is definitely more interesting, as I'm sure you know from your own delvings. I was obviously happier when I was crushing 45's and doing well than I am right now but when cash improves and I start to actually make some money than I will definitely find cash more of a pleasure than clicking buttons playing 45's. There must've been some similar posts during my 45man grind since I went busto

I had an interesting weekend to say the least...

Txtd a mate I work with on Saturday (the one who came to Benidorm, dogs etc..) to see what he was upto, he wasn't sure and said he'd get back in touch. So I went up to me Dad's then we went to the pub to watch the game as the local has every match on, sure was working. So I didn't get to see what sounded like our best performance in years, sigh. Me Dad had work in the morning so he went home after the Man U game and I just stayed in my local and as I hadn't heard back from him I just assumed he wasn't doing anything so I'd planned to just stop there with some people I knew. Last orders got called and sometimes there's a lock in but nobody was staying so I rang a taxi, then I got a txt off him saying he was in town and did I fancy going up.

So I went up to town around midnight and met him and his two mates, the kid I work with is sound, or so I thought anyway, but both his mates seemed a bit like the type who enjoy trouble, radgies (or chavs as ppl darn sarf like to say) basically. So when there was just us two I asked him how he knew them and just that I thought they seemed like radgies but he said they where fine and they seemed ok so I just got on with the night and never said nothing more. So we spent a couple hours drinking and dancing and everything was fine then the lad I knew went to the toilet and there was just me and one of them talking when I noticed him start to get aggressive towards me but as I was in a club I couldn't really hear what he was saying, then I did hear what he said which was "if you don't fuck off now I'm going to smash your face in" oh I see, I wasn't really sure if he was joking or not but then he said it again and I could tell he wasn't joking so I just thought fuck this and left.

I got to the end of the street and was proper raging. I'm not a fighter at all and I've actually never properly punched someone before in my life and I couldn't fight my way out of a paper bag tbh, but if people give me shit for no reason then I normally just give it back and standing up for myself has worked pretty well so far . I stopped at the end of the street and was totally baffled at what had just happened, I literally hadn't said a word to him and everything had been fine. Then I guessed that my mate must've told them what I'd said and he wasn't too impressed. I'm not one to making passing judgements on people at all but normally my first instincts are pretty good and I just didn't want any aggro in town and end up having to get into a fight over people I don't even know.

So after waiting at the end of the street for a couple of minutes I thought fuck this I'm going back. So I walked back in and they where still were I'd left them so I shouted at him "I don't know what your fukn problem is but if you want to smash my face in, go for it". He didn't react for a bit and then when he tried to come towards me, my supposed mate intervened and the bouncer's came and dragged me out. I waited outside for a little bit but they all just stayed inside and the bouncer's where telling me to go so I just walked off. My "mate" never got in touch at all, didn't txt to apologise or anything so after going to get some food I sent him a txt making it pretty clear we weren't mates anymore. Imo it's pretty shitty that his mate would kick off with me for no reason then he would just stay and do nothing.

But that wasn't the end to the fun.....

I rang a taxi and got some food and then went home, the taxi went and I go to get it in the house, SHIT!!!!!!!!!! Somehow I'd managed to lose my door key, fuk. I had borrowed money off me Dad to go to town as me Mam had me bank card and she had forgotten to leave it in the house, so I had no key and no money and it was 3 30 in the morning, FML. Me Dad was at work at 7 30 so I didnt want to wake him up, I rang my step sister 1st, phone was off, then I rang a friend who I don't speak to much anymore, errmmm, any chance you can put me up for a couple of hours, they where pretty sound so I went there, stayed there until the morning then went out at 9am and went on the drink all day after they kindly borrowed me some money (this was just short term until later that day when I could trfr it back but was still canny) . I was smashed by 6pm and went back to me Dad's as me Mam was away so I couldn't get into my house until Monday. I was asleep by 7pm and slept until 7am. Last night I then fell asleep at half 10 but woke up at 4 this morning and have been up since so my sleep pattern is well and truly messed up.

All in all a pretty eventful weekend.
