Tasting whilst cooking will sort out the seasoning problem mate.

LOL, it said on the recipe to try the mince before making the meatballs, I made all the meatballs then as soon as I did the last one... .... oh ffs, sure was putting it all back together.

I mentioned a few months back how my brother was doing amateur wrestling, well tmoro he will be having his first professional fight which will include wrestlers from Japan, America and Mexico. Chuffed from him that he's doing well with it, today there was a full page spread about it in the Evening Chronicle, the biggest local newspaper in the North East. So I will have to miss the England game tmoro as I'm not missing that, I was planning to try and watch it at the place and just miss it when he's wrestling but I might just record it and try to fade the result.

Here's a link to the event (remove if seems spammy etc) http://allactionwrestlinguk.co.uk/Pages/Events.html

It's UK v USA and he has to fight for the USA, he's the one top right.

I had a really goodnight at the wrestling. The standard of the 1st fight was pretty meh, then there was a tag match which was good. There was then an interval and at this point it was 1-1 between GB V USA and although ofc wrestling isn't fixed, since my brother was fighting for USA I wasn't expecting him to win as his fight was the third and last one then there was a Royal Rumble. I was super impressed by his skills, obv I am biased but I thought his fight was by far the best one, it seemed much more realistic then the other two fights. There was a couple of times where he got kicked in the face where it really seemed real. His finishing move is the chokeslam and a couple of times he went to get his opponent into that position and all the kids would get excited but he'd get out of it. Then whilst the ref was distracted he got this little urn or summit that he'd brought out and threw some dust in the other wrestler's face and choke slammed him whilst the ref wasn't looking, 1.... 2.... 3!!!!!!!!!!!! BOOOOOOMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM. I was proper chuffed that he won especially after being certain that he'd lose. The Royal Rumble was also really good, there was about 7 of them in the ring and all 6 of them worked together to chuck him out, haha.

I knew he'd be busy afterwards and wouldn't get to see him so I quickly got out of the place as I'd managed to fade the Eng score, went home and watched that and my brother txt saying they where having a few drinks at one of the wrestler's house near mine so they came pick me up and I went round there for a bit. One of the other guys there who's involved but didn't fight that night also thought Ian's fight was the best one, wpwp my kid. I spoke to him about how I thought his fight seemed more "real" than the others and asked him how they made the kicks to the face seem so real, he said "I've got a burst nose and a fat lip"
