From a stakers POV Ray ~ I doubt you will get anyone (well, mainstream backers anyway) to book your mtt action without the 180 action to go with it.
Think you need to re-visit the prop though... pretty sure you can deliberately fail 3 interviews and pay the $1k....

I know someone else who has that type of deal and I think that we'd have a similar roi in the games I want backing for. Although I see your point it makes no sense for me to give up any of my action in 180's whereas I think a backer could find terms whereby he would still be getting a good deal backing me to play the hot turbo's.
The prop was your idea lol, how else could it be done ? If I accept defeat then I will get Longy to do the application and then he'd just have to trust me that I wouldn't deliberately mess it up, which would be pretty bad form and not something I would do.

Deliberately failing interviews is fun. Try it. Go for a couple of job interviews you have no intention of taking anyway and have some fun with it.
I wasn't making any comment about your skill in any of the game formats. Quite simply, from your point of view, it makes no sense to give out your 180 action and it makes some sense to have someone take your mtt action. No probs with that. But from a stakers pov, they see it from a different side. Whilst it makes no sense to give out your 180 action, they'd like your 180 action! For exactly the same reason you don't want to give it. It also does reduce variance for a staker to have the 180 action in tandem.
That said, there are a lot of people out there staking, I'm sure someone will be happy to give it a spin.
I was simply raising the point that stakers like making money too! Generally in my experience, someone that plays on Stars and has multiple staking deals, or some private action and some backed action ~ it rarely works out well. For cleanliness (if not for improved returns and reduced variance) taking all your action >> taking none of it >> taking some of it.

Yeah I didn't take any offence, just giving my pov also.
As far as stakers like making money too goes, I would be very confident they'd make money backing me to play the games I want staking for long term. I don't see any reason at all that it couldn't work in tandem with whatever else I'm doing since it's totally seperate and easily manageable.
I cba (can't ldo
) to do the maths but I'm pretty sure I'd be losing out overall if I offered a staking deal that included 180's whereas if a backer thinks I would be profitable in the games I want staking for then I don't see why the fact I grind other games should put him/her off ?

Just giving an inside opinion that some stakers will be put off by it. It is totally possible someone will be fine with it, just if you find it harder to get backing than you thought, that might be the reason. Its a negotiation process, you want value, they want value. There may be different views on what the true value is, negotiation follows, deal is done.

The insight is welcomed. If it doesn't happen it's no big deal, ofc a backer would want my 180's action, but nobody's getting it, until I next decide to take a stop at busto street anyway. If you take away my SNG results I'm a losing player over a tiny sample for MTT's so it probs isn't going to happen.

Would def be up for backing you for the turbo schedule but I won't have access to Stars when I'm in vegas so it'd probably be better to look elsewhere for now but if you don't have anything sorted by mid july I'm down.
