Did the charity thing on Saturday, was gunna pull out on Friday as didn't want to be knackered for the stag do as had to get up at 9am meaning I'd only get 4 or 5 hours sleep but thought WTF lets gogogogo. Really glad I did it and absolutely crushed it, mad skillz of guilt tripping people with dem eyes Smiley We stood for about two hours and when we went back I only had seven daffodil's left, everyone else had half a box full, booooooooooooooooooooooooooommmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

Meh at sample size, the following is all FACT:

- Young people are tight as fuck, I had three people under 30 give money, and two of the three were a couple.
- Old ladies are by far the most generous (inb4 all the jokes)
- Not one foreign person put in the box, Woodsey's right, they should all GTFO Tongue

Really liked the fact you weren't allowed to shout out or shake the box or out like that as I didn't want to do that, I was happy just saying hello/thank you etc and constantly trying to catch people's eye.

I'd thoroughly recommend doing it, very good for morale, I think I'd have stayed all day if it weren't for the stag do, loved it.

Don't know how much was raised yet as they send you a letter through the post to tell you, definitely over £100 though.

As for the stag do, ermmmmmm, were too start. Literally nothing went right and it's so typical of my Brother who just never seems to have any luck, felt really sorry for him although we did still have a good laugh, pretty stressful day though, sighs. I lost another day of my life to a hangover as I didn't get out of bed at all yday other than to go to the toilet, not good, literally can't hack it anymore like I used to but when I've had a drink I don't have a stopping point, geeeeg.

Weddings Friday so I should probably get started preparing this best man speech, one time don't make a complete twat of myself Smiley

norrrrrrrrrrr - clean forgot about your stag do!

My mate is the in city vaults during the day to host the footy! He usually get stags on the stage with the dancers! Massive sigh!

GLGL with the speech! Remember, the audience goes from 5-95 and all jokes (except maybe one subtle one) should cater for the range!

and be careful about stealing jokes from speeches on websites! I cant tell you the number of times ive heard teh "this is the first time Ive stood up from a  warm seat with paper in my hand gag!

Just be natural, oh and A-NUN-SEE-ATE  Wink

Very likely I won't tell any actual jokes tbh, I know what your thinking, gonna be a hoot right. I can't tell a joke to save my life tbh.

More just amusing stories from over the years, and I'll definitely be keeping it short which I'm pretty sure everyone would be glad of no matter who was doing it since everyone's just waiting to get back to the bar ldo.

The stage/dancers thing was done just we did it in Sammy Jacks instead, was a flip between there and City Vaults too, lol.

It wouldn't be appropriate for me to repeat the four questions the stags where asked on here but if you scored less than three you had to do a forfeit which was to down the following four pints : Full fat milk, fresh orange juice, fizzy water and a Guiness, one guy did it and finished the four off in under two minutes and didn't spew, beast!!!!

My brother got the shots.

Whilst I'm not looking to go on some sort of health kick or diet or anything like that, I want to do some exercises that I can do from home basically for the sole purpose of improving my energy levels. I have no interest in going to the gym but I'm sure there are worthwhile exercises I can do pre/post grinding and get into a routine to try and improve this aspect of my life.

Ideas plz ?

Just go for a nice brisk walk Monda. Maybe even jog a little bit.

Start really gently, just 10 minutes or so, and build up from there.

Definitely this Ray. A 2 mile walk will take half an hour out of your day. You'll get an instant good feel from it and also the long term benefits would be brilliant.

Million against you actually doing it though.

exercise bike is best for cardio imo.  Gives you the least excuses if you chose not to use it , and always handy for hanging clothes on.
