Ray, What is it with Newcastle and Jacobs 'Orange club biscuits, I noticed you buy them, and every time I sat in a hotel in Newcastle they have them in the fridge in room?
Haha, I'm not aware of it being a thing, I prefer Orange Kit Kats.
Feels like it should be a thing though.

Yday
Ate :
Tea : 200g mince with Loyd Grossman sauce and potato wedges with 2 tortilla wraps. This was a really small portion for me compared to my usual but I was full and only hungry just before normal point I'd next eat.
Supper : 1 x Burger in tortilla wrap, with cheese, beetroot and nando's sauce.
Did the 2nd day of Press Ups challenge (just did that now not yday). Managed it all and minimum of 4 for 5th leg, I did 7, wiiiiiiiiii.

Where's the rest of your meals Ray?
Do you just have Tea and Supper?
This could be a huge factor in your generally shit diet. You really need to be eating a minimum of 3 times a day and ideally space them out well.
Can you start adding a few times to your daily routine such as:
12pm - wake up
5pm - tea
10pm - supper
2am - bed

Yeah, that's all I'm eating.
So for example Sunday.
Woke up 12:30pm
Shower etc.
Main meal at 3pm : 200g mince with Loyd Grossman sauce and potato wedges with 2 tortilla wraps. This was a really small portion for me compared to my usual but I was full and only hungry just before normal point I'd next eat.
Then played 3:30pm-2am
2am Had 1 x Burger in tortilla wrap, with cheese, beetroot and nando's sauce.
Then went to sleep about 5am.
I know I get stick for not playing enough, but my grind ethic has been a lot better this year and I plan to improve it even more, so 5 days out of 7 a week I'm going to be playing 10-14 hours a day, just no time to eat really other than ramming something down on a 5 minute break.
As I was putting it, it's basically having Breakfast/Dinner/Tea in one meal which used to be a large portion which I'd excuse as being my only meal. Now I've been having what would be classed as a normal portion for one meal and just not eating a lot, but not feeling really hungry at any point either.
Haven't started detailing calories etc yet as I'm buying some food weighing scales so I have correct weights to give accurate info, as for example I have no idea how much the pasta would weigh that I had yday.

Not sure what other grinders do, but I always have something in the house that I can make/preprepared that I can eat in the 5 min breaks.
I get joke hungary if I grind more than 5/6 hours without something.

I thought people were just getting chefs, cleaners, PA's, a masseuse and yoga teachers as standard these days? Surely you must have a member of staff in the house most of the time!

Seems likely that not eating for that extended period is -EV
Sandwiches can be pre made and eaten in breaks, a bowl of cereal with skimmed milk is quick and easy to grab, surely even a pot noodle would be better than nothing?

You serious, Matt?
I've only eaten one meal per day for the last 30 years. Never had any weight problems, either, (except for occasional mild obesity), but that's just because I eat bad food. I'd be three times as heavy if I ate three times per day, surely?

There you have it.
Boo & me, combined age in excess of 140, both as fit as butcher's dogs on one meal per day.
Think the case rests.
