Remember reading an interview with Idris Elba, and think that he said their was the possibility of a movie, so glad to hear they've sorted something out.

Homeland was incred last night, and pretty annoying that we have to wait 2 weeks for the next episode

I've accidentally activated my Amazon Prime free trail so for the next month I shall be mostly watching stuff I've never heard off. I've added Black Sails, Ripper Street, Alpha House and some others to the watch list, hopefully will get through some of them.

The penultimate episode of SoA tonight, and roll on Sunday for Homeland! I was going to watch Black Sails a while back, but went with Blackbeard, after seeing Malkovich was in the lead role. Interested to know if it's any good, though.

So that's pretty much the entire Shield cast who've been on SOA now. And LOL at the Nike trainer product placement. Last ep predictions? I reckon everyone dies except tig and shane who ride off into the distance together at the end of a 20 minute montage

Just finished first ep of 'The Newsroom', and it is definitely one of the better opening episodes I can remember. First scene -

I'm just hoping they don't go the full 24 with this storyline (seeing as it's almost exactly the same as a storyline in 24 when bad guys seized the White House). The earlier scene with Saul and Carrie on the tarmac was awesome and is the kind of thing that 24 couldn't do.

Yeah, I think that I'm probably not going to be getting much work done this week, and I'm probably a good bet to be waiting for the last 2 episodes! Click to see full-size image. |

No clue about the end, but I hope it's not good for Jax.

Downloading the original House of Cards as I never seen that when it was out. 47 gig for 4 episodes though. Sigh.
I need to find myself some new shows for when I move into the new gaff and have some stuff to watch when I am off on holiday over Christmas.
I like Crime/Politics/Thriller. Think I have seen most of all the usual ones is there any hidden gems out there in the past few years I may have missed?

I know you like punting on American Football, so if you haven't seen it, watch Friday Night Lights.
It's only the backdrop, but you might struggle with it if you had an intense dislike for the game.
