I had a real chill down the spine moment last night..
Bit bored going through the tons of stuff i have downloaded to the server and decided to give The Lone Gunmen a shot.
The Lone Gunmen was an offshoot of the fantastic X Files .. it centres around 3 conspiracy theorists that publish a newspaper documenting mainly government conspiracies.
The pilot episode features a plot to fly a passenger airliner into the World Trade Centre ! the plot succeeds and shows them flying at the world trade centre only to miraculously avoid it at the last second
The date this episode aired was 4th of March 2001.. 6 months later I think we all know what happened..
Spooky coincidence or did it give a madman an idea ?

That is spooky.
I remember watching the attacks live, in the senior rates mess at HMS Nelson, and it was like watching something out of a movie.
Very, very surreal, even when you watch it now.

They were a long time target for a lot of foiled attacks and were bombed in 1993 by Al Quaeda, in that respect I guess the attacks were a little more 'predictable' than we give it credit, at least for somebody who wrote a show like the X-Files.

Goliath starring Billy Bob Thornton on Amazon Prime. Watched the first 3 episodes last night and will probably binge the rest tonight. It is a well done legal drama.

Couple of episodes into the new Black Mirror series on Netflix. Brilliant, but not at all comfortable viewing.

Loving the missing. Better than the first series, which was decent.
