Dont seem to have much on today

So im going to put together a placepot bet for this afternoon.

Probs 2 horses a raise to 10p. Invest a massive £6-40

Any input welcome, I havent looked at any cards yet.

We have about an hour I think to sort it.

If we scoop some forum related japes will insue with the profit.

Lets go go go.

Rarely have a bet on horses but when I do I use a simple method.

Pick a letter,

go through the card and choose the total amount of horses you are looking to back by picking the first horses that come up that begin with that letter.

E.G.

quite a few years back me and a mate were out for a Saturday afternoon session and I chummed him to the bookies. He was harping at me to have a bet and I kept refusing. But he just became a pratt with his insistence so I said "ok, next horse running that begins with the letter M, I'll stick a tenner on."

Next race a horse called Muttahmared (sp?) was running and I popped a tenner on and it romped in at summin like 12'S. Same horse ran and won a few weeks later and this time I had a deliberate bet on it.

My mate sure did win that day.

I done it again a wee while later while being pressed to pick a Grand National horse - letter M......minnehoma, nuff said

GL Stu.

You've tempted me to get involved. Any returns will not be going on forum related japes though they will be going on my football bets tomorrow.

1   3, 4, 6
2   2, 8
3   3, 5
4   4, 5
5   1, 2, 5
6   2, 7
144  line(s) at  £0.20   each
Total Stake for Bet: £28.80

Its probably more a case of will i win my stake back if i win tbh, but you never know, the favourites could have an off day.

I know f'all about horses, but I've had £10 placepots at each of warwick, southwell and wolves following the tips from here just for comedy value.
