Ok this game we made up was great fun.

Started with 2 teams of 2 people. One side contained Tikay and James 'Royal Fish' Dempsey. The other had me and my Swedish friend called Ramzi who is about my age also and GOOD. (makes me look like a rock)

1 card dealt to each player but heres the thing, you CAN'T reveal what card you are holding so it is up to the pair to come to a decision without giving their card strength away. Our game was a walkover to be honest so we needed a fresh challenge(Was a bit late for that Tikay fella I think). Jen, Simon Trumper, Mex and Lalit all played at some point. Jonathon Raab came onto our side for a bit as variations were made up.

Simon Trumper was reluctant to take over for Tikay and thought we were all mad. After the 1st hand he was getting into it and ran a superb bluff with the 4 spades and also tried to give cryptic clues from the 60s(?!!?!?) which went straight over the heads of 2 people with a COMBINED age of less than 40!!? Funniest moment was when Simon made it obvious he had a J and Mr Royal flush decides to fold his 9 on a K-Q-10 board when we had ace high hahaha. Nice laydown sir!!

A great conculsion to a brilliant few days and made me forget about how gutted I was at not making the final table in the main event. I will be back in Finland for sure, it really is a great place to play apart from the crazy rule of no electrical items (yes that does include ipods) and Jonathon I will book the hotel myself for future reference Wink .

Don't be surprised if tis rather bizarre game does not rear it's head at the blonde Bash in an after hours session.

Simon Trumper did not, as Mex said, really want to play, but once he sat down, we could not get rid of him - he LOVED it.

No money was involved, but it kept 8 folks happy all bloody night - none of us got to bed before 0500!

And having Flushy as a Partner was a NIGHTMARE. I'd pick up a 3 of clubs or summat, & suggest "hmm, think we had best just see a flop", whereupon Flushy would say" ohh no, I think we had better Raise big". Come "on their backs" time, he'd turn over the 4 of diamonds.......

The best hand i played with with Jen where we knew we had flopped the wheel on a A34 board, not only that but we knew we had a flush draw to go with it!

Only 'cos the pair of you cheated!

Jen says "my card is TWO Good" (she emphasised the "two"), & Flushy replied "I think I should bet FIVE thousand".......

Meanwhile, Simon Trumper was using sixties song titles as clues - I mean, I was not even born then!

Simon Trumper actually told me he had half of a District of New York, I'm thinking "wtf?". Turns out he had a Queen, & had paired the board with it - "Queens".
