I've waded in on Grandouet EW @ 4/1.

Not bothering with Grand Crus, not sure it can beat Big Bucks, think Carlito Brigante is a credible danger and you get the often good run from Sentry Duty, Karabak, Kyber Kim et al.

We like Turko for the Foxhunters too.

Tough beat on Grandouet. Any thoughts on Denman anyone? Took 7/1 on the Nicholls Ruby treble.
Thought about opposing Denman as it gave a lot in the GC but didn't see a lot to take it on.

Punchestowns unless Geraghty decides to jump up a dogs arse at the last when cruising. Give it some breathing space ffs.

My instinct was that denman was too short and was/am tempted to lay it. Thus id advise laying some off, but i havent really done huge research in2 the race. Guess it depends how much the potential win matters etc to you.

Not going to lay it off. It's not for milions and I've been struck down with Denmania again. Go on The Tank.

Didn't bother with this over cheltenham as just had far too many bets to concentrate on dirty ew shots, and it was more of a laugh than mega serious.

For the grand national meeting i'm mega serious about either busting this bank or pushing it up nearer the heights i expected from this challenge.

Anyways two selections both by far best price with lads tmrw at 1/4 the odds and slight arbs on betfair, very slight. Big place value on both, with seemingly just two odds on shots respectively to worry about, unfort one of em is big bucks.

Balance=15.51pts.

200 AINTREE- 1PT EW GRANDS CRUS@4-1

230 AINTREE- 1PT EW GRANDOET@4-1

0.25 EW DOUBLE

Balance-11.01 pts. (40 pts starting bank)

Results, meh.

200 AINTREE- 1PT EW GRANDS CRUS@4-1-2ND=2 PTS RETURNED

230 AINTREE- 1PT EW GRANDOET@4-1=FELL

0.25 EW DOUBLE=LOST

Balance-13.01 pts

LMAO.  You see boys and girls being a professional gambler isn't all birds and bubbly in Stringfellows, flying first class and eating sushi at Umu, sometimes you end up in a betting shop in Watford surrounded by people discussing the merits of special brew versus Tennants Super with no TV's or lights.
