If i could afford the estate I'd be able to afford a broadband satelite connection  - It's just interesting the difference in house prices though... there's be someone on from London with a 1 bed flat for the same 1.5 million next    ,  or even Edinburgh near Leith  - a few years back dodgy pubs & hookers, now posh folk looking for the nearest winebar
