I spoke to Flushy at 12.45, he was on the A23 just north of Brighton, having had "car troubles".
He was 100% confident of being in his assigned seat at the Luton GUKPT by start time, 2pm. I warned him of Friday traffic on the M25. "It's usually a problem, the M25, is it?" he said.
I bet him £100 that he would be late.
Can you collect the £100 please?
Can I spend it?

Albert Sapiano is here and he is getting rub downs from Ian Woodley, Staurt Nash and Kevin O'leary on different tables
"Come on Albert its a three day event"
"Still in Albert?"
Albert meanwhile counters
"Well come on they keep making it 125. Proper raises please, 1000 to play, lets play poker. I want to double up, then be home in an hour"

Bit of a bonus for the two Updaters I'd say. Or make it the founding pledge for a GUKPT Brighton Update.

I wonder what body-language experts would make of MDD's tableside pose? Could it be...I'm so in control of everything I only have to half commit myself to being at the table?
He's got me doing it ffs. Obv a subconscious sign of respect. Gave me a blister on my elbow in Vegas in June. Please inform the curmudgeon he owes me for a packet of band aids.

Just having some breakfast then will be leaving for Luton in 5 minutes.
ETA about 90 minutes.
See you all there
My guess at chip stack is 14175

Ok me and David 'Duuuuuubai' Shallow have had a bet.
Team Dubai:
Lewis
Cody
Sapiano
Team Greek:
Brammer
Dempsey
Keys
$50 for highest chipcount at end of the day.
Bet doubles on any of these two conditions. All 3 members of either team end with higher counts than opponents team + another double if one of our player ends as CL.
