Haha thanks guys <3
Played very small session today because Internet was being fucking tragic. Shipped the big75 which I'm really happy about though. Nice to finish a session before mid night so have a long time to rest before tomorrow now.
Enjoying this WCOOP so far!

According to the International Labour Organisaton your $8k win represents about 5.8months average salary for Hungary (albeit in 2009 PPP dollars!) wpwpwp
Not bad for a short session
Wasn't even a Sunday! :p

Any poker player with any intention of making a decent sized final table should have this sorted out to that sort of level. Two providers is fine, a few $ each month, but worth it for not getting blinded out in a high equity spot. However, some workmen dig through a local pipe or something, probably takes out both providers, so a dongle or the (tried and tested) ability to tether to a hotspot should be a hot standby for all players and all horses.
A cheaper method for horses (or anyone for that matter) is to have a reciprocal arrangement with a neighbour to have their WEP key, so you can jump on to their wifi if needed. My neighbour does this for free, costs me a couple of beers here and there.

10,000 HUF a month for a satellite-based backup net connection seems like good value given the sums you're dealing with.
